• Birth & profile details: your date of birth, time of birth, place of birth and (optionally) gender — these are essential for an accurate Vedic reading.
• Your questions: the problem category, your question, clarifying answers and any follow-up messages you send.
• Payment proof: the payment screenshot and UPI reference (UTR) you upload so we can verify your payment.
• Technical data: a login session cookie, and your IP address for security and to prevent abuse (for example, rate-limiting sign-in attempts).

2. How we use your information

• To prepare and deliver your readings and consultations.
• To verify your payment and manage your orders.
• To contact you about your questions, answers and appointments (in-app, by email, or on WhatsApp if you choose to message us).
• To keep your account secure and prevent fraud or misuse.

3. Payments

Payments are made directly from your own UPI app to our UPI ID / QR code. We only ever see the payment screenshot and reference number you choose to upload. We never see or store your bank details, card numbers, UPI PIN or any banking credentials.

4. When we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. It is accessible only to our astrologer and authorised staff who need it to answer your questions. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the site (for example, our web host and email-delivery service), and where required by law.

5. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. How we protect your data

• Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing — never in plain text.
• Payment screenshots are stored privately and can only be viewed by you and authorised staff.
• The site is served over HTTPS, with access controls so you can only see your own questions and files.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account and reading history for as long as your account is active and as needed to maintain proper records. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time (see "Your rights" below); some records may be retained where the law requires.

8. Your rights

You can view and update most of your details from your profile at any time. You may also contact us to access, correct or delete your personal information. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version, with its updated date, will always be available on this page.
