Welcome to Sapphire Kundali. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By creating an account, submitting a question, booking a consultation or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our services

Sapphire Kundali provides Vedic astrology, numerology, gemstone and related guidance. Every paid reading is studied and written by hand by an experienced human astrologer. Our guidance is intended to offer perspective, clarity and traditional remedies. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide — especially your date, time and place of birth, which directly affect the accuracy of a reading.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Pricing & payments

Payments are made in full via the UPI ID / QR code shown at checkout. A payment is not confirmed automatically: after you upload your payment screenshot, our team verifies it manually before your request enters the answer queue. If a payment cannot be verified, the related service may not be delivered. Submitting a screenshot is not, by itself, proof of a completed payment.

4. How readings are delivered

Once your payment is verified, your question enters our answer queue and is answered by hand, in turn. We aim to respond within our published sessions, but exact timing is an estimate and is not guaranteed. After an answer is published, you may send a limited number of follow-up messages relating to that same reading, as shown on your question page.

5. Nature of guidance & disclaimer

Astrology, numerology and gemstone recommendations are traditional practices offered for guidance and reflection. They are provided on an "as is" basis. You remain solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take. For medical, legal, financial or mental-health matters, please consult a qualified professional. Nothing on this website should be treated as a guarantee of any specific result.

6. Acceptable use

• Use the services only for lawful, personal purposes.
• Do not submit content that is abusive, threatening, unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not resell, redistribute or publish readings written for you without our permission.
• One account per person. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics and the readings we prepare — belongs to Sapphire Kundali. A reading purchased by you is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Privacy

Your personal and birth details are handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sapphire Kundali is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or reliance on any guidance provided. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
